Intellectual property

Site content, including text, layout, and graphics owned by Forest Workspace Portfolio View Co., Ltd., remains our property. Deliverables prepared for a client are licensed for the client’s internal business use. You may not republish our marketing materials without written permission.

Client materials

You represent that you have the right to share rent rolls, lease abstracts, and related files you provide. You remain responsible for the accuracy of source data unless we have expressly verified a field during an engagement.

Limitation of liability
