Information we collect

Contact forms may collect your name, email address, engagement interest, approximate property count, and message content. During engagements we may process business contact details and documents you upload that incidentally contain personal data about tenants or staff. Analytics cookies, if accepted, collect aggregated visit statistics.

Purposes

We use personal data to respond to inquiries, prepare estimates, deliver contracted work, improve the site when analytics are enabled, and meet legal record-keeping duties in Vietnam.

Retention

Inquiry messages are retained up to 24 months unless a client relationship continues. Engagement files are retained for the period required by Vietnamese accounting and tax rules, typically up to seven years for financial records, then securely deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, restriction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and you may object to certain processing. International transfers

We apply access controls and careful handling of client documents. No method of transmission is completely secure; please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive identifiers through the public contact form.
