The official registered business name is Forest Workspace Portfolio View Co., Ltd. The company was established in 2014 in Ho Chi Minh City.
Early work began as rent-roll cleanup and owner briefing support for small commercial portfolios in Tan Phu and neighboring districts. As clients asked for clearer occupancy visuals and lease comparisons, the practice settled into structured reviews, assessments, and quarterly packs that owners could share with partners and lenders.
How we work
We treat source tables as primary material. Charts follow only after unit IDs, vacancy codes, and lease dates hold together. Briefings stay short: what changed, where risk concentrates, and which floors or contracts deserve attention this quarter.
Our office is at 24 Hoang Ngoc Phach St., Phu Tho Hoa Ward, Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City. Much of the analysis happens remotely; field counts and in-person briefings remain part of the offer when the books and the building no longer agree.
