Refund and cancellation policy

Scope

This policy applies to professional engagements described on this site: portfolio occupancy reviews, lease performance assessments, quarterly portfolio briefings, and field count reconciliations. It does not cover retail goods or software subscriptions, which we do not sell here.

Eligibility

Refunds depend on how far the engagement has progressed and whether a deposit or full fee was paid under a written scope note.

Timeframe to request

Refund requests should be sent in writing to hello@workspace-forest.click within 14 days of the event giving rise to the request (for example, cancellation confirmation or disputed invoice date).

Full refund

If you cancel in writing before we begin file intake or open your source documents, any deposit paid is refunded in full within 14 business days of approval.

Partial refund

If work has started—file reconciliation, chart drafting, or field scheduling—we refund the unused portion after deducting time already spent at the rates implied by the scope note. Completed briefing packs are not refundable once delivered.

Non-refundable items

• Fees for work already delivered (final packs, memos, completed briefings)
• Third-party travel costs already incurred for agreed field visits, when booked with your approval
• Quarterly briefing fees for a quarter whose pack has already been issued

Deposits

Engagements above 15,000,000 VND typically require a 40% deposit. The deposit is applied to the final invoice. Unused deposit amounts follow the full or partial refund rules above.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a live briefing or field visit with at least 3 business days’ notice at no charge. Shorter notice may forfeit the session fee portion allocated to that visit while analysis fees remain payable for work already done.

No-shows

If a scheduled briefing call or site access window is missed without notice, the session portion is charged and must be rebooked as a new appointment.

Work already started

Once reconciliation or chart production has begun, cancellation converts remaining prepaid amounts into a credit for related follow-up work within 6 months, or a partial cash refund of the unused balance at your preference.

Purchased materials

We do not sell physical materials as a product line. Any printing or courier costs approved in writing for your engagement are billed at cost and are non-refundable after purchase.

Refund process and method

Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method or bank transfer to the paying entity within 14 business days after approval. Processing time at your bank may add several days.
